The North always suffers from any bad political administration in Nigeria.
However due to high rate of illiteracy and partial literacy in the North, they're still the ones who opt and push for bad leaders from amongst them.

The Southerners (Igbos and Yorubas) are the only ones who can rescue Northern Nigeria from their predicaments because even if for the next 100 years the North hold all political positions in Nigeria they'll get poorer and poorer.

Southern politicians have to unite themselves to salvage Nigeria's economy. Nigeria cannot be left or trusted to the hands of Northerners coz they'll eventually destroy the fabric of Nigeria

They didnt benefit anything except more suffering and increased insecurity. But its important to point that for many Northerners, its not about benefiting anything, but more about being in control

The core north not the entire north benefited from appointments and jobs in fed govt ministries and parastals
