PLEASE I NEED YOUR INPUT,
I'VE RELOCATED FROM THE STATE WHERE I'M DIRECTED TO GO AND DO MY NPOWER PHYSICAL VERIFICATION. WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD FOR ME? MUST I TRAVEL BACK? I'M PRESENTLY IN LAGOS WHILE MY NPOWER VERIFICATION STATE IS AKWA IBOM STATE.

I'm N-creative and there's nothing yet.
I used the code and they said they were unable to retrieve the venue that I should send an email to them.
I just sent a mail to them and I'm anticipating a response.

I had same issue.

I went directly to my local government secretariat and I was able to do the verification successfully. It's now showing 'pass'

The certificate you used during registration
A passport photograph
Local government certificate of origin.
And the page on your self service npower dash bord I just posted
