FEMALE ADMINISTRATIVE /FRONT DESK OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a graduate of BSc/HND
• 2+ years experience
• Good communication skills
• Not above 35 years of age

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross checking invoice with payment and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company account payable and received
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• processing refund
•Communication with client regarding billing and payment
• Must be residing within Apapa and its environment


Requirements/Qualifications
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. laptop, printer etc.).
In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum requirement: BSc/HND
