Yes the southern governors had it in their communique that power should shift to South in 2023, and same southern governors spearheaded by wike went to Atiku , before the date of the primaries with another communique that "if he wins the primaries, he must pick his running mate among them-the governors. And that was how they pushed Peter Obi out of PDP.

Tinubu may not win d north east cos atiku is from the zone,and they have been agitating for presidency also..so they may involve sentiment and vote atiku. D only advantage tinubu has now is north west and south west..but d issue with north west is d kwankwaso effects,and south west are unpredictable judging by 2019 election where atiku won two states and came so close in others.
