Job Role: Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary: The Facility maintenance technician will be responsible for the repair tasks at the company premises under the supervision of the Facility Supervisor.

Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and light repairs (Generators, electrical faults, minor plumbing repairs)
• Undertake light installation or carpentry as required
• Repair equipment or appliances
• Identify and report the need for major repairs to the Facility Supervisor
• Supervise vendors undertaking electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
Requirements and skills
• 3 – 5 years demonstrable experience as a handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment used for repairs
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• A keen eye for detail and physical stamina
