Chris Ekpenyong finished serving Ikot Ekpene Federal Constituency turn to produce Senator which is Senator Akpabio's consistency.
2-term each Federal Constituency according to party arrangements.

It is on record, that Senator Akpabio took the first term of Ikot Ekpene Fed.Const. &Senator Chris Ekpenyong completed the the last term of the 2-term arrangements under PDP, when Senator Akpabio left for the APC &failed to return to the Senate.

Based on the 2term arrangements, it is believed that Abak Fed. Const. Under Ikot Ekpene S.D Should produce a Senator, they have never had one before.

DIG Ekpo Udom who initially won the APC senatorial primaries is from the Abak Fed.const same as Bar. Emmanuel Enoidem,
Meaning, the two top parties fielded those aspirants, so they can produce a Senator.

Senator Akpabio did not sholve Senator Aloysius Etok, but he completed the Ikono-Ini's 2-term of that Fed.const in 2015.
