I grew up with Emeka from Asaba in Niger in those days and he never ever denied being Ibo. In fact, he reminded us all in those days about his Iboness. I miss those days when no one cared about where you came from. We were all young boys, friends and we didn’t see religion or ethnicity . Nigeria has really changed, changed so much that a sitting governor needs to explain his Iboness. Sad.
