JosephXavier:Tons of jobs like that. Posts like this don't usually have any base. This is just a hype. Buzz. Everyone is shouting Ai Ai Ai today as though it just started yesterday. The whole Ai shit is more than 2.5 decades now. Idiots are just beginning to be aware of it. Essential works has always remained for thousand of years and will always remain. No competition or anxiousness about it. There are essential and sensational jobs. |

Today you can stay without paracetamol but you can't stay without data bundles, minutes talktime..to stay connected. As a medical student also a junior software developer. I applied my medical ideas in other field and discover this course (software engineering) is very difficult. One night I sat down and think about my friends who brag about how medical school is hard but all broke, only when they need money they remember me. You sleep wake up read physiology, biochemistry, anatomy (gross, embryology, histology) , eat and sleep back wake up and continue, then write exams and proceed. Isn't that the easiest thing on earth? It's reason no matter how dumb you're, if your parents has money and you choose to study medicine, they sent you to India,China,USA, Ukraine (now in conflict) etc.. you'll definitely know medicine and you'll pass. But that's not true for softwares. I'm a medical student and also programmer,I know what I'm talking about from experience. I advise my sister in Nigeria, when your daughter grows up, don't waste time sending her to study pharmacy, medicine whatever except it's something she wants, but for money everyone needs now and job, please send her to study software engineer or computer science immediately. If you show me one job in the hospital looking for 5 doctors , you'll definitely see 40doctors turning up? Medicine is overated. If I'm lying ask your seniors. Ask India even Ukraine about exit once you finish studying the course in their country, you're not permitted to work there but go back to your country simply because no space. Reason we have lots of Indians doctors in different countries. Not because they're the best in medicine, but no jobs in their country. They full USA,they full South Africa, they full Canada, they full everywhere because everyone then wanted medicine and because it's an easy way to cheat poverty, now it's everywhere. Moreover your seniors won't let you get surgery, they'll rather refer the patient to older colleague with experience,or their clinic, before you hit in medicine you must have a statistics that's popular and you must have worked with your seniors a long time so when their clinic is full, they can refer some to you (chances are 0.5% because if the money is attractive,no doctor will want to leave his patient for a junior officer) . Bring someone with MBBS degree from any institution (private or public school), then bring someone with software engineer certificate and put to trial. Under 1week the software engineer guy will have many jobs with good pay and gain attraction all over the world. In the other hand, Medical students are poor, we're suffering. Before now gov.use to give scholarships, bursary, funds but not anymore. Only few of us who diversify and made up not to depend on medicine alone are having something to show now. Programming has given me opportunities. Today I communicate with clients in Pakistan, USA,China and India and some we work together. I have my app in playstore and iOS in app store, I have a functional website and all generating funds for me. I have developed apps, website for schools, companies and bloggers. If I choose to marry now it's no challenge. But my friends in Nigeria (males and females) still asking me to send money saying things are hard,no jobs ASUU on strike etc. If you're 20,21,22-25yrs,you gain admission to study medicine, at what age will you finish and think of settling down? Except outside Nigeria. But reason it. I'm in my late 20s now, I enter medical school late, same year I have admission to start 200L, same year I had it abroad. If you were the one will you remain in Nigeria? Just an advise I'm not condemning. It pains me seeing my colleagues with laptops and everything serious claiming to read books on the system, that's total failure in life. System you need to use and make money or do research on? Guys wake up. Even if it's for you to suspend 1year school, use the school fees to start up something that will help you pay the rest of your fees and your children fees in future. Do it. No body is above education. That school near you will continue to remain there. But if you don't have money, or do anything profiting, that's when you're a failure. Having said that, for assistance you can reach me on: uconnectict@proton.me ( Lols, not your regular yahoo or Gmail. We hackers and programmers we know wazup. This is the best mail headquarters in Switzerland. You can sign up and thank me later.) |

This top isn't universal. Of course, the professions you have named are in great demand. But people will always need technical specialists, such as plumbers, electricians, and mechanics. I'm sure digital specialists are the professions of the future. But don't forget about ordinary technical workers. In addition, it's easier for technical workers to get a work visa. Any country is interested in such a workforce. So the UK helps such emigrants in every possible way. I read an article about visa sponsorship UK jobs. I think I have every chance of getting a work visa in the UK. Besides, I have relatives there. They have been living near Manchester for about 20 years. |
