in what way did Anambra lag behind in poverty index. A state that outperformed Lagos and was third behind Rivers and Ebonyi in 2021 Fiscal performance index brought by NBS. A state that attracted $4.1b in FDI Q1 2022 despite insecurity. Oga try and be smart when you talk.
