Let me burst ya bubbles....
Here, at times we don't see light 2 to 3 months if it comes, it is either low or will just last for few minutes and go till some months time....
And as of fuel cry just call it a big man's property.
Nigeria is not a better country, believe me.

For my area in Oyo town no light for straight good 2 weeks now.
