When you see where an organization or person is doing well, study it and use it to better yourself. It is not a new thing learning something from someone doing it better than you. The Chinese studied Japan that is why they are who they are today. 2 Likes |

Moh247:all of a sudden Nigeria will need a man like Tinubu to fix Buhari's mess. all of a sudden after 7 years they've now realised that Buhari's government is now a failure since campaigning for continuity of their party's failure means mocking Nigeria. all of a sudden buhari is no longer the best thing to happen to Nigeria after cat fish pepper soup. all of a sudden they're now Buhari's critics just to project and tested failure within the same party. because how will they explain to Nigerians that their party is the cause of their problems. how can they explain to Nigerian youths sitting at home that their party is the reason they're rotting at home when they're supposed to be in the school. how will they explain to Nigerians that their party is the cause of ravaging insecurities we found ourselves today and that their presidential candidate will be recruiting 50 million youths into the army to feed them agbado and cassava. how can they explain to Nigerians that their party has failed them in every aspects. of course they have no explanation for all these hence their only hope is to go tribal and play their usual old tribalism and tribal card tactics. but you as a citizen of this country ask yourself this question. will tribalism better our economy to at least prior to 2015? will tribalism end insecurity and make everyone safe? will tribalism send our children back to school and equip our schools. will tribalism make life better for an average citizen? so after pushing for a failure to be President what next? when the suffering comes will it select other tribe and leave yours? today all Nigerians are suffering but Buhari got the highest votes from the North. dear fellow citizens it's time to look into these people's eyes and tell them to go to hell with their division tactics. at a point all major tribes never believed in Nigeria but today they made it look like they love Nigeria most but keep presenting bad leaders ruining this country. it's time to say enough is enough. THE YOUTHS ARE COMING! 4 Likes |

When you have the only working seaport in Nigeria, the only working international airport in Nigeria (minus abuja and portharcourt),headquarters of most International companies then you will know why Lagos is the commercial hub of Nigeria and why it is the most developed city in Nigeria. Lagos is Lagos not because of the so called leadership prowess of the iragbiji man but because of the collective effort of all Nigerians living there. If am lying he should go to osun and ekiti and turn it to Lagos. Don't sell your 4 years due to lies from a former drug dealer. Vote for a well managed economy and secured country in the Person of Obi peter( aka the rock) Let the wise close their ears from tinubu touts that have taken over Nairaland. Those set of humans are brain dead and are earning a living from what they do for the old drug dealer. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Lanrelagboi: I have come to realize that most of you guys in this politics sections were either born in the 90s or afterwards and that has seriously effected your knowledge of how Nigeria worked before you were born. Sometimes I wonder whether some of you actually mean what you claim about Tinupoos day at Alausa or you are just propagating some warped versions of a crooked tale. There is no one that has been around before then that can innall truthfulness ascribe Lagos growth to Tinupoo. It's like ascribing the growth of Abuja or Kano to the minister of Abuja or to Kwankwaso. It's the height of ignorance. The only thing Tinupoo did in Lagos was to burden businesses with taxes an this ofcourse helped the political crooks at Alausa to amass and fiddle with lots of funds. Otherwise, he did nothing! Most of the bridges you see in Lagos were built by Gowon and Babangida. Do your checks. Buba Marwa did more in terms of laying the foundation for most of the security plans and "strike forces" that helped guarantee peace in Lagos. Do your checks. Even Jakande was a better governor of Lagos than Tinupoo. We will keep reminding you guys that Lagos grew exponentially out of the solid federal government investments there over the years and not because of the "magic wand" thrown by one inebriated PooPoocrat! 2 Likes |

Lasgidi was once a capital so no brainier it's on the front-bunner for development and evolvement as a leading state amongst the rest....but I don't like the overhyping because it makes no difference that we have very incompetent leaders in all leadership positions in Nigeria. we need vote in young visionary leaders come next year 2023....Obi is a choice for now! Which people developed Lekki and other satellite towns in Lagos? You think everything in Lagos belongs to Lagos state government? |

kponkedenge: It is true that Lagos benefited from being the federal capital but Lagos island was the capital of Nigeria not the rest of Lagos state. The rest of Lagos, i.e Apapa, ilupeju, Ikeja, Surulere, Badagry, epe, were under the western region and were developed by Awolowo. All those industrial estates in Apapa, ilupeju, isolo, Ikorodu, Oregun etc were developed by Awo. Ikeja for example was bush land as recently as the 1960s, that’s why the army barracks is located there, it was at that time on the outskirts of what was the the federal capital. In fact the name Ikeja does not exist in history. It is an acronym for Ikorodu and Epe joint administration. IK E JA 5 Likes 1 Share |
