Hello nairalanders please i need your advice.

I returned from school early yesterday and found the door of our 2 bedroom apartment locked. But since i heard noises inside i went around to look in the window only to see my mother having sex right on her matrimonial bed with the pure water seller from a shop two streets away. I had always been seeing her joking with the man but i never knew somethign was going on. My mom doesn't know i saw them and my dad will soon return from his travel. I need to tell him but im worried he will send my mom away. Please what do i do?.
