Sounds like "We are not going to hinder the 2nd Amendment, we are going to expand it." The U.S. Supreme court strikes down the city of New York law that prohibits citizens from bearing concealed weapons in public. The Supreme court that law infringes on people's constitutional rights. New York mayor warned that his city could become the wild West.
