Onion & Tomato sellers have PVC's.
Shoe shiner has a PVC.
Sugar cane seller has a PVC.
Bus Drivers/Conductors have PVC's.
Motor park Agberos have PVC.

You are there claiming that Cows are voting, lie!!!!! They are only demonstrating that they are more politically educated than you.

Democracy is a game of numbers, INEC don't count prayers or wishes, they don't count grammar, they count votes.

You (a student or a graduate with BSc or MSC) with all your education and exposure you still don't have PVC. With all our self acclaimed sophistication in the south we still find it irrelevant to vote.

The worst thing is that you even try to justify why you didn't have one "my vote won't count".

For the sake of those who paid your school fees & fed you through school, please, don't make all your education/exposure useless with statements like that.

If votes don't count, politicians won't bribe/pay so much for people to vote them.

Please, for the sake of your children's future, don't sell your conscience anymore.

Vote ONLY individuals with track record of integrity and character.

In 2023 your votes will count, you are a stakeholder in this country as long as you have a PVC and vote with it.
