3. There are processes before a Primary is re-scheduled.
4. In a rescheduled Primary, INEC is given a 7-day notice. Till today, there is no withdrawal letter from the winners.

Clear and explanatory! Akpabio deserves INEC decision

INEC did not recognise Machina. They only left that place blank because they don't have a right to impose Candidate for the Party.

So INEC advised Candidates whose elections were monitored by them to apply for INEC official reports and head to Court. What Machina did was to apply for the CTC i.e. the INEC report and he will proceed to Court.

Pls does anyone have the full list of other offices, i.e Senate and house of rep.
