Yorubas introduced forgery into Nigeria as far back as the 70s, infact the popular street parlance we've all come to know as "Oluwole certificate" was popularized by Yorubas who forged their academic records and traveling documents back then to travel to the UK...today the man whom we know as Tinubu is running for president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, yet millions of Nigerians are demanding (and rightly so) for Tinubu to produce evidence that he actually finished primary and high school, including graduating from a university in Chicago...the question is, how did Tinubu gain admission to this university in Chicago if all his school certs from Nigeria weren't vetted and evaluated by the academic state board in Chicago? I mean anyone who has lived in the United States long enough would know that you can't be admitted to a 2 and 4 year college in any US community College and University if your school cert records from your country of origin weren't first evaluated by the state you reside in across the United States.

Tinubu is a man shrouded in mystery, fraud and substance...such a person is a very poor reflection of true leadership in Nigeria, but of course some really daft Nigerians will still line up and vote for him because of their ethnic interests.

I think certificate issues are some of the criteria highly required for APC to make you their flag bearer.
