1. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (APC)
Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu (born 29 March 1952) is a Nigerian accountant and politician who has been national leader of the All Progressives Congress since the party's creation in 2013. He served as the Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 and Senator for Lagos West during the short Third Republic.
His political vocation started in 1992, when he joined the Social Democratic Party where he was a member from the Peoples Front group drove by Shehu Musa Yar'Adua and comprised of different lawmakers like Umaru Yar'Adua, Atiku Abubakar, Baba Gana Kingibe, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Abdullahi Aliyu Sumaila, Magaji Abdullahi, Dapo Sarumi and Yomi Edu. He was selected for the Senate representing the Lagos West constituency in the brief Nigerian Third Republic. After the results of the 12 June 1993 official decisions were dissolved, Tinubu became a founding member of the pro-democracy National Democratic Coalition, a group which mobilized support for the restoration of democracy and acknowledgment of Moshood Abiola as victor of the 12 June political race. Following seizure of power by the military under General Sani Abacha, he went into exile in 1994 and returned to the country in 1998 after the death of the military dictator, which ushered in the transition to the Fourth Nigerian Republic. In January 1999, he represented the place of Governor of Lagos State on the AD ticket and won.
In January 2022, he declared his aim to run for the APC selection for President of Nigeria in the 2023 official political race.
Weaknesses
Here are our hypothesized shortcomings to Ahmed Bola Tinubu presidential aspiration:
Age: Born on March, 1952, Ahmed Bola Tinubu is 70years as of the time this article is being composed. Many have contended that Tinubu is really more established than 70years as his name and time of birth have been modified threefold on Wikipedia. With the official flagbearer being envisioned by quite a few people as a man whose wellbeing ought not be connected to the round of legislative issues.
Godfatherism: Tinubu has been widely perceived as the "Jagaban of Lagos". His role in calling the shots of the uber city-state was uncovered in The Lion of Bourdillion, a 2015 narrative film featuring his political and monetary hold on the city-state. Tinubu recorded a N150 billion slander suit against the makers, AIT, and the narrative quit circulating on 6 March 2015 with an out of court settlement/grasping between the two players.
Corruption: In January 2009, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission cleared Tinubu of charges of conspiracy, money laundering, abuse of office and official corruption in relation to a sale of V-mobile network shares in 2004. Nevertheless, the new recent viral videos of Bullion vans seen entering and leaving Tinubu bequest during primaries have added more fuel to the already burning flame.

Strengths
Rich Political Experience: As a previous governor and 'Jagaban' of Lagos state, Ahmed Bola Tinubu have a stockpile of abundance in relation to knowledge pertaining governance on his disposal. He has a rich political foundation that stretches as far back as second republic. This knowledge of the game of politics was evident especially in the party primaries as all could see and authenticate the game in flawlessness.
Persistence: Otunga Daniel portrayed Tinubu as a hounded warrior who knows his onions and will take measures to accomplishing his essential targets. As would be natural for him 'the Bola Tinubu that I know is an essential scholar, an extraordinary organizer and an efficient character, which are the qualities that have worked for him in governmental issues as well as in his business and social connections.".

2. Atiku Abubakar
Atiku Abubakar GCON (born 25 November 1946) is a Nigerian politician and businessman who served as the Vice President of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007 during the administration of Olusegun Obasanjo. He ran as governor of Adamawa State in 1990, 1997 and later, in 1998, being elected before becoming Olusegun Obasanjo's running mate during the 1999 presidential election and re-elected in 2003.

Atiku Abubakar has fruitlessly challenged multiple times for the Office of President of Nigeria in 1993, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019. In 1993, he challenged the Social Democratic Party official primaries losing to Moshood Abiola and Baba Gana Kingibe. He was an official competitor of the Action Congress in the 2007 election coming in third to Umaru Yar'Adua of the PDP and Muhammadu Buhari of the ANPP. He challenged the official primaries of the People's Democratic Party during the 2011 presidential election missing out to President Goodluck Jonathan. In 2014, he joined the All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2015 official political decision and contested for the presidential primaries losing to Muhammadu Buhari. In 2017, he got back to the Peoples Democratic Party and was the party presidential candidate during the 2019 presidential election, again losing to incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari. In May 2022, he was picked as the Peoples’ Democratic Party flagbearer for the 2023 Nigerian presidential race.

Weaknesses
Uncommitted: An article by Sani Tukur of Premium Times, accessible at Error! Hyperlink reference not valid., view Atiku as a man who cannot stand his ground based on his series of defection to rival parties in event of losing. A man who cannot stand and fight should not be deemed fit to rule a nation lest we have a new Buharist who seeks to pacify all and sundry.

Perceived as Corrupt: Obasanjo, in his collection of memoirs, My Watch, Volume 2, had discussed Atiku “…his propensity to corruption, tendency to disloyalty, inability to say and stick with the truth all the time… lack of transparency, his trust in money to buy his way out of all issues and readiness to sacrifice morality, integrity, propriety truth and national interest for self and selfish interest.” Likewise, another charge is the US Senate report on Atiku. The report itemized how Atiku was exposed to test a long time back by the US Senate and was found to have utilized offshore organizations to siphon a large number of dollars to his fourth spouse in the US, Jenifer Douglas during his tenure as vice president. The case is said to include more than $40 million and in 2004 the then US president Bush banished Atiku from being given visa into the US.

Age: Currently, Atiku is 75 years. In a period where Nigerians are agitating for a more youthful pioneer who will serve the interest of the country longer to be in power. With him having past retirement age, Atiku is probably going to lose the votes of instigators for youth administration. While additionally thinking about that septuagenarian in the administration like the occupant Buhari have experienced a few health issues which could be connected with the thorough idea of the job.

Strengths
A Businessman: Atiku have gained massive followers because he is perceived to have a strong economic competence, a skill that the current Buhari-led Federal Government is frightfully deficient. The need for financial administration expertise had in mid-2016 dove the Nation's economy into downturn, with the BBC detailing that the economy contracted 2.06% among April and June that year; making it the most terrible and longest downturn beginning around 1987. Many even compare Atiku with Donald Trump for the believe he will have the trump card in terms of economic competence.
Rich Political Experience: As a one-time vice president of the federal republic of Nigeria under Olusegun Obasanjo and having regulated the successors of the organization. Atiku is appraised to have acquired a rich comprehension of the idea of administration and organization.
Love for Education and Research: Atiku is a man who have been significantly recognize for his love of education. He has been an attendee to various classes and gatherings on the requirement for rebuilding for a superior Nigeria. In 2011, the National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) a non-profit organisation, separate from the Peace Corps, that serves as an alumni association for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers honoured Abubakar with the Harris Wofford Global Citizen Award describing Atiku as a business in Africa that has worked hard and contributed more to the progress of higher education.

3. Peter Obi
Peter Gregory Obi was born in Onitsha on July 19, 1961. He is a business man and politician who was the Governor of Anambra State two tenure from 2006 to 2014. Peter Obi attended Lagos Business School, where he finished the Chief Executive Program, Harvard Business School, where he finished two significant projects, the London School of Economics, Columbia Business School, and the International Institute for Management Development where he received certificates in the Senior Executive Program and the Chief Executive Officer Program. Some of the organizations he served incorporates: Next International Nigeria Ltd, Chairman and Director of Guardian Express Mortgage Bank Ltd, Guardian Express Bank Plc, Future View Securities Ltd, Paymaster Nigeria Ltd, Chams Nigeria Ltd, Data Corp Ltd and Card Center Ltd. He was the youngest executive of Fidelity Bank Plc. In May 2022, he was declared as official flag bearer of Labor party in the race for the office of the President of Nigeria in the 2023 general Election.

Weaknesses
Party Structure: With Peter Obi turning into the official flag bearer of Labour party, the party have been criticized as a party without structure. This is hypothesized in the way that the party is not exactly famous and don't have known wards in numerous states across the federation. This is an enormous trial of confidence for a party competing for the office of the president.

Parsimony: In a nation like Nigeria, many believe those who share the national cake should be voted for thus with Peter Obi branded as being closefisted, it will truly go far in hampening his chances possibilities particularly with the provincial class which actually play by the old book in the standard - no cash, no vote.

Strengths
Transparency: Obi has introduced himself as a viable alternative when he stepped down as Anambra State Governor on March 17, 2014, he abandoned a gigantic financial investment for Anambra State, including 50 million dollars and in excess of seven billion naira in Access Bank, 55 million dollars and in excess of twenty billion naira in Fidelity Bank, and 50 million dollars in Diamond Bank. Reports show that Peter Obi contributed a sum of 154.4 million dollars in Anambra. Obi is viewed as a reliable asset supervisor who has no capacity to bear squander in government. He is irrefutably attractive.

Age: Peter obi is 60years as at the hour of composing this article. With huge age gap and disparity between Atiku and Tinubu age, he is truly at a benefit to this. He is as of now considered the youths choice.

Anti-corruption: Peter Obi’s defection from the People’s Democratic Party before the primaries election garnered interest on what could be going on behind the scenes in the People’s party. Many postulated he couldn’t contest with the cash bags and as such opted out of the party. This single act have been hailed by his devotees and they are on a mission to effectively defend him with records and more springing up with the popular slogan ‘Go and verify’.

Meticulous: Peter Obi have been hailed as being mindful of detail. This was demonstrated in his live meetings and tapes being spread on the web. He records things with accuracy and expressive with discourse which is precisely what the young people ache for to hear and as such he has an incredible train behind him.

The Santsi/P.S.P. were behind the emergence of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje however they lost to Kwankwaso in the primaries. He is currently the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party and also vying for the office of the president. Kwankwaso enjoys widespread support in Kano and north-western Nigeria; he has been viewed as a charismatic populist.

Weaknesses
Party Structure: The New Nigerian Peoples Party is a new party without any strong ground in major parts of Nigeria especially in the south east accordingly for Kwankwaso to gather votes in the southeast will be a remarkable uphill undertaking particularly with PDP and APC in the game with currently settled party structure inside and around Nigeria.

Alleged as Corrupt: There has been various instances of Kwankwaso and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). In one of such event, EFCC locked up one of Kwankwaso house in Kano. In another vein, one can't fail to remember in a rush the eruption of the ex-Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan in an article on Vanguard who called Kwankwaso as a fraudster for stealing stipends implied for party delegates during the 2010 PDP Presidential primaries.

Strengths

Gallant: Kwankwaso is continuously able to face challenges in accomplishing his objectives regardless of affirmation of progress. The greater part of the activities attempted during his residency as Kano state lead representative involves hazard and he took the bull by the horn. As put by Victor Oluwadamilare in Nigerian Tribune Newspaper ''RMK is a detribalised Nigerian and a solidly established grassroots mobilizer, whose focal center was and is as yet individuals. Across his political direction, he showed a mindful heart loaded up with empathy and energy of administration contacting the existences of residents significantly''.

Old timer: Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso have been in the game of politics for quite a while. He knows how the game is played from the grassroot to its highest echelon. This information will be crucial towards him accomplishing his goal for the office of the president.
