Kwankwaso has nothing to lose by running under NNPP as president. His goal in this election is to show the whole country that he has the northern vote and that he is the new Buhari. If he also gets his party members elected across the northern rejoin, this will also show that with a formidable running mate, 2027 will be a sure victory.

Peter Obi's popularity amongst the youth, is a surprise blessing to Kwankwaso, because it has created an opportunity to win in 2023, which probably wasn't his plan in first place.

Kwankwaso should win all core northern states apart from Adamawa, so he may already have close to 10 million votes. if Peter Obi can humble himself to this reality, both men will be elected president and vice president respectively by the grace of God.

This is the only path of stopping Tinubu's victory.
