Huuumm this scene is very repulsive and constitutes public nuisance. Apart, it is dehumanization of womanhood and human dignity in general. Were there no children and youths in that gathering? Please, what are the law enforcement agencies doing to bring the protagonists to book? Enough of this public nuisance. Again, by this public show of shame, they make mockery of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary by crucifying him a second time. They should be reminded that every sin may be forgiven but the sin against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. The chief protagonist may be showing to be rascally: chaining women to public places, reducing them to images of dogs, foxes etc perhaps because of the little change he now has in his hands, thereby taking advantage of their poverty mentality or background. But let him be reminded that those who did such things before him all regretted their actions when it was late. He should fear God, REPENT and behave himself or incur the wrath of God; the pictures depict wickedness and man's inhumanity to man! Enough is enough.
