Bayelsa State is one of the newest Nigerian states.

It comprises of 650 villages and settlements.

646 are under all Ijaw socio cultural organizations.

The rest four Isoko camps are at the Bayelsa border with isoko of Delta State.

Its one of the main areas of the Ijaw people unjustly balkanized into six states when all their areas are fully together, fully share perfect boundaries with each other and are not scattered by God.

Bayelsa State is the State with the longest coastline with the Atlantic Ocean.









But come to think of it, by the grace of God iv travelled and spent atleast 3 weeks in no less than 12 Nigerian States each and iv come across so many tribes begging with plates even during my days in some West Africa Countries I noticed it too there but I have never seen an Ijaw person begging with plates on the streets.
Not even one.
Iv travelled to so many Ijaw villages.
Not even one.

Ijaws are in six Nigerian States all Ijaws share perfect boundaries with each other.
Bayelsa is one of their main homes.
