The only way to stop this nonsense is to completely do away with PVC and let people vote with only BVN, let's come and see whether the miracle numbers originating from the North will still continue.

Because of INEC's poor database, most people have two or more PVC and it isn't even detected in their system..... Not to talk about under age registration that was one of the methods used in booting GEJ out of office.

We really need to do away with PVC.

Or better still, input your BVN before voting and the system will get rid of anyone whose age is below 18.

Plus, what INEC should do is including those who will be 18 on the day of election. So, 17yrs old that will be 18 on or before the next election should be registered with clean birth certificates.
