Its neither my creation nor an already made machine, but just a projected set of simple machines at work, and my IDEA. This can be created the same way dams are created. Also, this idea has about 3 to 4 more very essential purposes it can serve at once for the island.
1. Prevents flooding
2. Prevents loss of land due to climate change
3. Provides source of water for the island. If a small company can be built to treat the water (clean, kill of germs and safely can it for public use.
4. Tourist attraction when trees are planted closeby and excursion target for innovative students.
5. Most importantly, As a never ending source of electrical power to the island.

And i can reveal how it can be created, step by step and will be cost effective to the government. There are many more lingering ideas on how to use it for multiple purposes at once.
Its just dat our government doesnt fancy development. And the reason to vote Peter Obi.
