In the late evening of Friday at exactly 8pm, the private Jet registered River state government touched down at the Charles de Gaulle international airport Paris. On board was his Excellency Gov Wike along with his entourage including the executive Governors of Abia and Oyo state, the 3 manned convoy quickly swept the 3 enroute to the famous Hotel plaza Athenee where the presidential candidate of APC Bola Ahmed Tinubu was waiting.

Source confirmed that Gov Wike and co have come to sort out the remaining deal of the rumoured defection. Wike stated that Jagaban remains the best that can happen to this country considering what he has done in Lagos, he dismissed the reports of Lagos as the 3rd unliveable city in the world as a mere propaganda by crooked international reporters and lambasted reports of corruption on Jagaban as joke compared to Peter Obi and Atiku combined. According to the source, an influential Iman present at the meeting assured Wike and his entourage that Muslim/ Mulism ticket will quench the agitations everywhere in the country and the new government will close down borders to prevent inflow of Herdsmen targeting the Christian south.
In return, the south particularly the SE and SS will donate suitable lands for the construction of large scale mosques in order to promote peace and harmony.
On the question of River state, decision was made to adopt APC gubernatorial candidate Tonye Cole as the preferred candidate instead of the PDP candidate who has lots of cases to answer with EFCC.

Wike vowed that he will do everything in his power to support Tinubu, he maintained that the people of SS and SE love Jagaban so much but that they don't know how to express their love , he further stated that Tinubu should endeavour to visit these people as they really want to meet him to show him gratitude for what he has done for the south..

Wike and his entourage left the hotel at exactly 11pm, discussion continues while efforts are currently made to officially receive the men to the party, the date for the defection is set next week before Salah..
