A former President aspirant of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and immediate-past Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi has returned to Rivers State weeks after losing the APC Presidential ticket to Bola Tinubu. Amaechi, who spoke with journalists at the APC State Secretariat in Port Harcourt, said that "Wike lacks the power to prosecute him".
