If the budget can cater for people from Niger What stops it from being enough for the real owners

Push every PVC to the wards to which it's polling units are located simple and watch them collected in 2 weeks ...what's difficult here ?

Lol production of a card should not take 2 mins in a local card printing machine not to talk about industrial machines ...if INEC is serious .....this machines are cheaper than the capturing machines even so I wonder why they are not printing at once

ATM � cards which are more secured are done in minutes by local cards printing machines, so no excuses. Unless they will require budget top up

they loose their usefulness when they cannot perform their basic duty which include providing the pvc for citizens to participate in the election by voting

Why not did they say this would overstretch their budget? I dont see why they wouldn't give themselves a little cushion for high voter turn out.
