Humans invented math, not Islam. This is like saying there won't be philosophy without the Hellenistic religion, which we all know is not true. Violence is not peculiar to only Islam. But right now it's the one religion where some adherents justify use of violence so much that it's becoming associated with the religion.
Modern Christianity with all it's flaws doesn't have such labels widely associated with it.
