Ask your government questions... The terrorists tht attacked the train months back demanded the release of their members in custody in Kuje prison and last week the remaining members of the group tht were not in Kuje prison were transferred to Kuje prison and a week later the prison got attacked and all members free. The government don't want it citizens to know they accepted the terrorist demands. 24 hours before the attack military personnel were withdrawn.
Buhari that has history of not visiting places of attacks visited the prison 24hours after and someone will tell me no political connection in-between.
