I understand the structure was at the wrong place and needs to be removed but it could have been done in a civilized manner without beating and harassing. Have a residential meeting with the affected areas. Suggest alternatives, seal off premises. Ensure your officers conduct themselves in a professional manner and not bullying or oppressing cos they feel empowered. And more importantly, follow the rule of law.
