Yes, Umahi was wise enough to use his own blood brother and younger brother, who himself filed for the substitution.

The other people, the placeholders don't want to tranfer power.

In Akpabio and Lawan cases, their placeholders took them to court and refused to step aside for Akpabio and Lawan.

That's the issue. Umahi was smart enough to use his kid brother as placeholder. And moreso his kid bro was loyal enough to accept substitution, some kid brothers may go rogue.

His placeholder sureendered the ticket to him. The placeholder was his younger brother and he submitted form to be replaced with his senior brother Dave Umahi; signed and requested by the placeholder.

That is entirely different from Lawan and Akpabio whose placeholders are fighting back and don't want to be re-substituted.
