July 10, 2022 Reports reaching Vanguard indicate that the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate for the 2023 polls, Bola Tinubu has confirmed Senator Kashim Shettima as his running mate. Recall that Shettima played a lead role in the pre-presidential primaries campaign of Tinubu. If I was in his shoes and I needed the Core north votes. I will do same thing . In the south today . Only south west is loyal to Tinubu and he needs to pacify the North to get votes. If Tinubu picks Christian. The south East won’t vote him. So picking a Muslim is the best he can do for now. 2 Likes |
