Most Nigerian employers are neck greedy. People who pay their drivers, security personnel, and domestic cook peanut's, are just setting themselves for tears. It's not even about their qualifications, it's about the sensitive positions they hold in relation to the employer's day in day out activities.

But greed won't let them see the big picture. My Boss told me recently that he built a house for his driver at Mowe, that's a smart man.

A man has done his projections carefully and arrived at the fact that the business can only hire someone willing to earn 40k at this time.

He advertises specifically mentioning the duties and the reward. As we speak now several people seeking that salary as a respite for their prevailing experience will be applying for the job and you as defenders of the universe are here misdirecting the already confused and lily livered irresponsible applicants.

In other words, he should offer what he cannot afford to pay so that Nairaland can continue drawing more traffic as new threads are created showing how salaries have not been paid in full for several months.
