She is from Delta but Igbo by tribe. Same with some people from Kwara that is from Kwara but Yoruba by tribe.
For your mind Igbo is only made up of just 5 states
Anyway not your fault though, blame it on geopolitical zones in Nigeria formed by Abacha. That's why some people from riverrs state are still denying they are not Igbo, even when they share things in common with their neighboring Igbo community eg Egbema in rivers state.

Judging by what you said which language do Ukwani in delta state speak?

Igbo speaking delta state or in SS zone don't see them selves as Igbo's just as Ikwerre in Rivers state,

If you tell an Ukwani person he/she is an Igbo they will say they are not even when they answer Igbo names,
