Because they mostly lie or claim the certificates they don't have to boost their "qualification" since in Nigeria certificates is such big deal.

Ordinarily if one does not have certificate or it got lost or something, as long as you on your own doing ur business or private practice the matter will never come up. But as long as they come out to veer for public post/positions ...na their yawa dey gas
