Well the guy should get nylon FTP, extract and do a full load up from a pixel 6, that should work pretty fine, I use a latest vivo Y51 now, but I sometimes load Nokia 7 or any costom (except Samsung and IOS) in it depending on what I want at the moment, android is just like an empty carton, what so ever you fit into it properly is what it becomes hence I can never use iOS...

Nope Android operates on the Linux kernel. Linux isn't really an OS. I don't think they can even do anything about it unless they do some real research online.
