You gave a urine sample for MCS(microscopy, culture and sensitivity test). After microscopy=WBC-1-2phf. Culturing isolated; Stap. Aureus. Sensitivity;drugs; ciprofloxacin,erythrmycim,ceft....meth. The rest are resistant drug. Just get; Tabs ciprofloxacin 500mg bd x 1/52, Been the most sensitive. Let's assumed the test was conducted under standard condition. Seems to me as an invasion by normal flora of ur body. For clarity seek, the shouldn't combined the sensitive/resistant drugs in the same row. |
