"President Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerian military officers to confront terrorists and wipe them off the face of the earth."

Why is President Buhari with a few months left in the office from today, now, urging the military to get rid of terrorists?
For 7 plus years, he never asked the military to go after the terror groups. I would argue that there is something sinister about President Buhari call on the military to destroy the terror groups.

He is trying to act like he is in-charge of the country.
Fellow Nigerians don't get fooled by this new tough guy attitude by President Buhari. He is no different from what we have seen for the past 7-plus years. He will do everything to appease his Muslim base and ignore the sufferings of all Nigerians.
Ignore President Buhari current posturing. It is another photo-ups and African strong man attitude.
