flutterwave has shut down barter (dollar card) services.
They said its for a certain period of time.

I will advice he use crypto to pay if the web hosting platform supports crypto payment gateways

One still need to source for dollar at the black market rate ,,,because banks are not ready to sell dollar below $500 to any bank customer except you are withdrawing from your personal dollar account.
