Voter's accreditation officially closes by 2pm....which means no new member, who was not at the polling unit by this time cannot be registered to vote again.

So, in a Unit as small as this, voters would have arrived early, register and voted...so, what presiding officers usually do is to wait till official 2pm...once no new voter comes...they count the votes.

That's why you have early result counting at small polling unit from 2pm
