You mean to say that he should take responsible for ASUU Strike because he's the president or the minister for education that signed the agreements been contested upon? Something that was signed in 2008,renegotiated in 2010,12,13 and 2014? Haba,be fair in your criticism. The issue of ASUU predated this administration. Go back and study the timeline of events.
Moreover, there's a collective bargain which most follow due process and if it's to be bypassed, it's only the president of FRN that can intervene except, if the president mandated the VP to do so,else, he will be committing the act of insubordination,which you know the punishment!
