Everyday we are on the move going to school, going to work, struggling to meet up, the list goes on and on.
To some extent healthy stress can be helpful in avoiding needless procrastination.
Many are struggling with relentless efforts to reduce stress but not everyone has succeeded in this.
The truth is that we must do everything possible to manage stress effectively.
Unending stress can cause High blood pressure, insomnia (difficulty falling asleep), migraine (severe, brutal headache), Erectile dysfunction, body aches,etc.
One of the ways to manage stress is to make a schedule for rest and relaxation and stick to it.
During such time make sure you actually relax and refresh.
One adages says if you don't rest you will be laid to rest.
During rest and relaxation watching relaxation videos like have been found to be helpful.
