A MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATED IN OTA IS IN URGENT NEED OF A LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Oversea the operations of the logistics department.
2. Responsible for the entire transportation supply chain.
3. Responsible for manpower development in their area of responsibility.
4. Involved in providing training, coaching and developing the logistics team
5. Maintain proper logistics record keeping as per the approved Distribution Plan
6. Ensure the Quality of the Goods / Distribution are done as per the required standards and are fully documented
7. Maintain a proper filling of all documents for future audit
8. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly logistics status reports
9. Liaise and negotiate with transport companies and suppliers for the best terms of service including price, delivery, payments and after-sales service.
10. Maintaining statistical and financial records of the department.
11. Use approved information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle
12. Ensuring all processes of supplies comply with the company’s code of conduct, the purchasing policy, and other related policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
13. In-depth knowledge of warehouse and logistics management.
14. Compliance to SOP 100%
15. Compliance to HSE Policy 100%

EDUCATION
Atleast a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management or Related course

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess atleast 5years Quality experience in logistics management.
