Keeping in mind that God is Omniscient, meaning, God is All knowing, as knows all things, even knows the end of everything before the beginning of all things, so if God is All knowing, why did He go ahead with allowing Satan to sin and cause miseries?

You are correct, God is omniscient, and he knows everything. The Bible confirms it.
But he allows us to make our choices because he knows that all things work out for good. He sees the end from the beginning.
Remember, he was the one that planted the tree of knowledge in the garden and commanded Adam not to eat it. He has a plan for everything and everyone. We are to have faith and believe that his ways are the best, trust his process and believe that all he does is for the Good of his children.

GOD mercifully gives His creatures free will... but know this!
