Buhari has never hid his anger on the 13% oil derivation to oil producing states and with the now privatization of the NNPC, the former cash cow of the Federal govt is no longer obliged to contribute to the FAAC account.

The NNPC will now only be subject to corporate tax of at most 30% of profits which the federal govt will share using the skewed population figures. If they declare a loss, then no tax revenue is paid.

So as things stand now, the paltry 13% to oil producing states no longer apply.

With the water bill, the Buhari govt is aiming at having all water ways and adjourning coastlines both inland and offshore on its exclusive list. This will give the Fulani champion powers to seize and carve out lands adjourning water bodies for his Fulani RUGA project but more sinister agenda is the rescinding of the onshore/offshore dichotomy which will effectively deny oil productions from offshore platforms to adjourning states.

The main target of the Satanic Buhari govt was the Niger Delta people and her resources. And with both the conversion of the NNPC from a state corporation to a private company (owned by God knows whom) plus the pending water bill, the Buhari Fulani Bolshevik govt is attempting a grand heist on the resources and lands of the Niger Delta.

The Niger Delta can never be finished .

All Buhari has done in his disastrous 8ys will be rescinded and whatever legacy he thinks he will achieve will be discarded into the trash bin of history.

How can a private company whose ownership is yet to be ascertained own the oil wealth of the Niger Delta?

It was bad enough that the Nigerian state took over our resources to plunder but a private company being granted full control and ownership of the wealth of the Niger Delta is a joke of the highest order.

The current GMD of the now privatized NNPC mockingly stated that his company is poised to compete globally given its huge assets.

They should change the N to Northern just as they changed the C from corporation to company because they only place they will be drilling oil is in Bornu.

Not going to happen

There is going to be a massive shakeup of things in the year to come.

The Niger Delta knew first hand that they were the target of this evil Buhari while using his IPOB minions to goad us into another phase of militancy but we saw the fraud and called their bullshit.

Now we know we have no single allies in Nigeria and all the better .

If there is any peoples who have achieved something within the very shortest period and gained the presidency to boot with little or no collateral damage it is the Niger Delta.

At least our modest gains has been the envy of all you parasites.

Now compare that to your senseless OSU Zionist quest that has seen your blighted region become the killing fields of the south with wanton senseless violence and killings that only expose your barbaric nature and empty threats.

You have nothing to bargain with and are just being used by the Jihadist to satisfy their blood lust.

The north does not hide the fact that they are benefiting from the current centrist federal govt arrangement.

The Yoruba has expressed how they will prefer we return to the pre Igbo Marxist coup era of regional governance citing how the current setup is claustrophobic and crushing their ambitions and goals.

The Niger Delta has made their reservations clear and that is we should return to the status quo prior to the Igbo Marxist intervention of 1966. And to this aim they have been exploring all loopholes in the constitution to exert and take back much of the rights guaranteed to states. Governor Wike of Rivers has done tremendous judicious work in keeping the federal govt off from his state whenever the legal backing is sought. One instance is the successful VAT ruling that saw to a federal high court granting reprieve to states to collect and keep in whole value added tax. This victory was widely celebrated in the sane parts of the south and greeted with pleas from the north . But in Alaigbo republic, not one single comment was heard from that corner.

The VAT ruling and the dead silence from the yeast was a dead giveaway on what I have always stated here that : Igbos are not interested in a return to true federalism. Naturally, if one considers that igbos were the ones who truncated our republic for a Marxist centrist Igbocentric dictatorship , one ought not to expect them to be at the forefront of clamouring for a return of regional governance.

It is for this reason we should see the Igbo as one of the harlots in the legends of King Solomon who demanded the baby be cut in half. It is either Biafra complete with an annexed Niger Delta or we continue the parasitic arrangement preferably with an Igbo president. Where these people get the effrontery to make demands and ultimatums where they have no chips on the table beats my imagination. The Igbo has succeeded in making a frivolous unwarranted demand a matter of public debate claiming Igbo marginalization. I don't subscribe to the notion of Igbo marginalization. I believe they are duly serving a generational sentence of being relegated from any form of public trust based on their grievous sin of both destroying our republic and truncating our democracy. Even still being part of Nigeria appears too lenient for my liking talk more of demanding for a presidency while making empty threats to annex the Niger Delta and seccede from Nigeria.

It is for this very reason that a Peter Obi presidential bid now turned Igbo project is DOA in my books. Obi is yet to speak on restructuring which I know he doesn't see as necessary being an Igbo that he is.

So, can any of you Obidient fellows tell me why Obi has refused to speak up on the much demanded restructuring back to regional assembly?

The last time I checked, hatred also kills. It appears your problem is Igbo, then come out frontal, so we can give you the rejoinder you deserve. However, I will pass because I concluded that a man who wasted so many paragraphs to vituperate on a people he illegitimately considers threatening to whatever interest he represents is none but a rabid hatemonger.

As a Nigerian citizen, you will be within your rights to advocate or even agitate for a revert to the pre-civil war regional arrangement, but you obviously too cowardly and docile to do what fellow men have, and are currently doing pursuant to their inner convictions.

I invite you to interrogate your knowledge and the query is, whatever your ethnicity is, can you measure up to or surpass the Igbo?. If your answer is no, as I know it is, then keep quiet.
