Defamation is a purely CIVIL matter, why are the police getting involved?
And how does the Bello fellow have “standing” to sue anyone for the alleged defamation of another person?!

the court has already given the warrant.

Why would the police apply for a warrant to question a party to a purely CIVIL matter?
And why on earth would a court grant a warrant to the police to interrogate a party in a CIVIL matter?!

you have the right to take your complain to the police stations. The constitution give the police that right to investigate, arrest and prosecute . Civil or criminal cases can be investigate by the police.
Do you know more than the justices that gave the warrant to the police.
You have the right to take the police to court if you think what they did is against the law of the land.
Police have every right to investigate any case.
