Since 2003, Ogboru has campaigned to be governor of Delta state and never won.
All the money he makes every 4 years is wasted on his dream ambition that never gets anywhere

He may win this time because Okowa is not doing anything to retain his party in power and election has changed currently we Deltans may decide to try other party this time

Every Deltain knows Ogboru is just in this governorship election in Delta just to spoil things for Omo-agege. .but him, Ogboru is not relevant anymore and he is a big failure. Leave Omo-Agege alone and face your problems.

Great is being haunted by the betrayal of IBB.

He was chased out of PDP and since then he has been jumping from one party to another.

That man should just quit already, all those Abraka winchy has joined hands with other forces to wreck him, especially his greedy family members.

Delta state is the only state in South South I'm very sure APC will win in the next governorship cos all APC members today are former PDP grassroots people. Ogboru should have stayed and contested for Senate or something but him dey eye eguvnor of edelta statu.

In 2014 a civil servant can only take loan from bank to buy land and build House; fast forward to 2022 civil servants are now taking loan from bank to buy a bag of rice.

Ogboru = Atiku

Both have being contesting election since when i was old enough to have sense and both have not won it.

Never did.. Never will.

Its a shame. If i was them i will look for a candidate that is loved by the people and put my weight behind them so i can godfather them like DON CORLEONE

Quoting him - "Some Day, And That Day May Never Come, I Will Call Upon You To Do A Service For Me."

Addme:
Contesting validity of primary elections of another party is an exercise in futility.
I doubt if all these politicians even know anything about the new electoral laws.

Anyway if a whole Senate president could fall foul of a law he signed,I'm no longer surprised.
Exactly, whether he is a member of the party or not is irrelevant in this issue, it is a legal requirement, if Omo Agege & APC did not give INEC the statutory 21 days notice, then APC no get candidate.

Simple.

The court will strike out the case.

He is not a member of the APC, only an APC member that took part in the Governorship primary election of the APC in Delta State can go to court.

Ogboru, customer dada

To lose election no dey tire you?

You no fit win under APC, na under APGA you go win Delta governorship election?
Ogboru is a party of his own he don't needs a party to make an impact in any election. He has been using an unknown party ( AC, DPP and Labour)to contest election and still gave PDP a run for their money. In fact he was the one that made APC relevant in Delta State.

lol

Ogboru only won Abraka in the last election not even two ethiope east town, ONLY ABRAKA out of 25 local govt. Who Ogboru deg give run for their money?

Ogboru is a monumental failure, and he is irrelevant in Delta politics, he is just using people's head to cash out during election, he knows he won't win.

Let him go and rest, Delta nor want am, nor be by force.

Ogboru won ethiope east, ughelli north, uvwie LGA during the last election, the people's general can not be understimated, take it or leave it he made APC popular in Delta State and as for David edevbie he can only be GOVERNOR in oghara{his godfather ibori hometown},Delta pdp has no candidate from inec press release due to over ambitious and desperate nature of edevbie who couldn't even wait for INEC to publish name of candidates as the law stipulates b4 going to court,he's on his own in Delta PDP alongside Evans ivwurie, amori Etc..make David edebvie disembark!
