Pay: N80,000

Responsibilities
• Attend inbound and outbound campaigns across various channels
• Complaint management and conclusive issues resolution
• Service measurement and process improvement
• Quality Assurance evaluation
• Reports collation

Requirements:
• Fluent in Hausa and Yoruba languages
• Familiar with using intelligent tools like Google Sheets, real-time survey forms, CRM etc.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages especially Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of PowerBI is an added advantage
• Thoroughness and eyes for details
• Interpersonal and relationship skills
• Analytical and organisational skills
• Experience in Business Process Management is an added advantage
• Team player and readiness to learn
