The political and religious leaders of the 12 northern Nigeria states adopted Sharia criminal justice system, by abrogating the constitution of Nigeria in 1999.
What the difference is between six and a half dozen, is the same difference between Islamic extremists in northern Nigeria and the political and religious leaders of the northern sharia states who adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system.
