Good morning NL family. I noticed recently I always wake up dehydrated since last week. Sometimes I have to wake up to drink water. Sometimes, mouth dried up and this doesn't make me feel comfortable. This just started happening and I felt it's a general weather thing. Pls comment if you are also experiencing the same thing or am I the only one going through this... I need your answers house |
