Re: EFCC Secures order to prosecute Ondo Speaker As against the narrative which is been circulated online that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has secured a order to prosecute the Ondo State Speaker, Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun, there's no such development like that. The information been circulated online is nothing but distorted information which is been used to deceive the public and also malign the good image of the speaker. What transpired in court today was that EFCC was only granted leave to file a fresh information based on the preliminary Objection filed by the defence Counsel, because the earlier information filed was done without the leave of court in line with the Practice Directory of Ondo state. |
