Depending on what you need the phone for S10 is one you will enjoy. If you have never used galaxy S series, try this s10. You will quote me with thanks.

The only aspects where the Redmi Note 11 Pro beats the Samsung S10+ are the screen refresh rate, battery duration and charging speed so if you already have the experience using a high refresh rate, then you may want to buy the Redmi cause it has 120hz screen refresh rate. The Samsung actually has a better screen resolution with 1440p and 522ppi compared to 1080p and 395ppi on the Redmi.
In other aspects, the Samsung wins with a good margin. The Samsung has 7nm Snapdragon 855 or 8nm Exynos 9820 (depending on the variant you buy) compared to the 12nm MediaTek helio G96 in the Redmi which is less efficient, has less performance and a weaker GPU compared to the beasts in the Samsung.
The Samsung will trash the Redmi in any camera comparison and if you are the kind of person that loves uploading stuff on the internet, you will love the Samsung because Samsung is known to always have the best and fastest upload and download speed, in other words, the Samsung's internet speed is wonderful.
I won't even bother going through other specifications because the Samsung will just continue to humiliate the Redmi. Let me also mention that the Samsung S10+ is an older device and it ships with Android 9 but, the Samsung has received Android 12 update which is latest Android version. The Samsung may not receive further OS updates after Android 12. The Redmi Note 11 Pro ships with Android 11 but I can't confirm if it has received Android 12 or if it will ever receive Android 12.

11pro will get android 13 and up to miui 16
note 9 came with 10 and is on 12 now

Apart from this every other thing you wrote is correct..

2 things determine phone prize
1. Chipset (processor)
2. Screen
Samsung is king of both. And S10 is especially a flagship you don’t want to miss.
Don’t ever buy Samsung with dual sim, you will be trading quality chipset for the extra sim slot.
